Currently serving as the Head Varsity Girls Lacrosse Coach at Bay Shore High School, Ashley is deeply committed to developing young athletes both on and off the field. Prior to that, she spent 10 years as a Varsity Girls Coach at St. Anthony’s High School, where she helped lead the program to multiple CHSAA Class AA State Championships. Allie Dolder brings elite playing and coaching experience to her role as Director of Operations & Recruitment at Homegrown Select Lacrosse. A former standout defender at Penn State University, Allie now serves as the Assistant Varsity Girls Lacrosse Coach and Defensive Coordinator at Bay Shore High School, where she’s known for her sharp lacrosse IQ and ability to develop high-level talent. With a vast network of NCAA coaches and scouts, Allie is passionate about advocating for players—ensuring they receive the exposure and guidance needed to reach their dream schools and succeed at the next level. Her dedication to player development, both on and off the field, is at the heart of everything she does.
