Ashley Caligiuri brings over a decade of coaching experience to her role as Co-Founder and CEO of Homegrown Select Lacrosse. Currently serving as the Head Varsity Girls Lacrosse Coach at Bay Shore High School, Ashley is deeply committed to developing young athletes both on and off the field. Prior to that, she spent 10 years as a Varsity Girls Coach at St. Anthony’s High School, where she helped lead the program to multiple CHSAA Class AA State Championships. Her leadership emphasizes elite skill development, mentorship, and fostering a supportive team environment. Ashley’s dedication to the sport and her community is evident in her efforts to provide accessible opportunities for girls in lacrosse, aiming to cultivate both athletic excellence and personal growth.

Chris Caligiuri serves as the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Homegrown Select Lacrosse Club. With a strong background in business and finance, Chris plays a pivotal role in the club’s strategic planning and operational management. His commitment to community development and youth sports is evident in his efforts to make elite lacrosse training accessible to young athletes in Bay Shore. Chris’s leadership ensures that the club not only fosters athletic excellence but also contributes positively to the local economy and community initiatives.

Allie Dolder brings elite playing and coaching experience to her role as Director of Operations & Recruitment at Homegrown Select Lacrosse. A former standout defender at Penn State University, Allie now serves as the Assistant Varsity Girls Lacrosse Coach and Defensive Coordinator at Bay Shore High School, where she’s known for her sharp lacrosse IQ and ability to develop high-level talent. With a vast network of NCAA coaches and scouts, Allie is passionate about advocating for players—ensuring they receive the exposure and guidance needed to reach their dream schools and succeed at the next level. Her dedication to player development, both on and off the field, is at the heart of everything she does.
